Service Centre Registration
Registration for Growers
To assist Growers in the transition to our Service Centre, ABA will facilitate registrations in three ways:
1. Growers who have warehouse stock with ABA and have previously used ezigrain.
These Growers will receive an email from ABA in August advising them a User Name (NGR Payee Number) to their account within the Service Centre system. Upon logging in to the Service Centre for the first time, Growers will be required to change their password.
2. Growers who have used both ABA facilities and ezigrain in the last two years.
These Growers will receive an email from ABA in September advising them a User Name (NGR Payee Number) to their account within the Service Centre system. Upon logging in to the Service Centre for the first time, Growers will be required to change their password.
3. Standard registration process for Growers.
Growers can contact ABA on the Grower Service Line 1800 255 426 (between 9am and 4pm, Mon-Fri) and request a Service Centre account. Growers will need to provide NGR information for verification, after which the account will be created and an email sent to the listed email address on NGR. Upon logging in to the Service Centre for the first time, Growers will be required to change their password. This whole process conducted over the phone including some initial training should take 5-10 minutes.
Registration for Clients
To assist Clients in the transition to our Service Centre, ABA will facilitate registrations in two ways:
1. Existing Clients.
Existing Clients would have received an email from ABA in June requesting the information required
(Service Centre Registration - Existing Clients) for the establishment of a Principle User account and User accounts. The Principle User account will have access to facilities to manage their overall Clients account. Principle Users will need to be accept the Terms of use as published on the website. All accounts will receive an email advising them of their User Name and upon logging in to the Service Centre for the first time will be required to change their password.
Once Clients have registered and changes to the list of User Accounts is required the following form (Service Centre User Update) should be used to advise additions and deletions.
2. New Clients.
New Clients need to complete the following form (form name) to enable the establishment of both the Principle User account and User accounts for other staff members who will use the Service Centre. Our Customer Service Manager will facilitate the creation of your account.
